Plat Notes

The following questionnaire is offered for the use of applicants submitting Subdivision Plats, Replats, and Revisions of Plats to the City for review. Upon completion and submittal of the questionnaire, a list of standard plat notes and dedication items will be generated (at the bottom of the page) that are to be placed on the face of the plat. Although the questionnaire may not address every circumstance unique to a certain plat, the purpose of this tool is to provide a majority of the standard notes and dedication items that will be required by the City, and help to expedite the review process.
