A native of Northern-Arizona, Ms. Walton comes to the City with 8 years of local Home Owners Association (HOA) management experience.

In her new role of Development Services Facilitator, Ms. Walton will be a liaison for citizens when it comes to the permitting application and review process. She will be an effective information conduit, and will provide clients one resource to go to for their Community Development questions.
