Willow Creek Road Realignment Project – Traffic Shifts to New Alignment Monday Evening (6/27/2016)

The newly realigned Willow Creek Road will open to traffic on Monday evening, June 27, 2016. This change will ease traffic congestion experienced during the full closure required to tie in the new roadway to the existing road system. Southbound traffic on State Route 89 will access Willow Creek Road from the right stem of the Deep Well Ranch Road Roundabout. Pioneer Parkway traffic will access the new alignment from the same location as prior to realignment.

Although the new alignment will be open to traffic, project construction will continue through August 2016. Please be aware of large trucks and heavy equipment in the project area. The City urges drivers to be patient and allow for extra time to get through this area. In observance of the Fourth of July holiday, no work will be performed Friday, July 1 through Monday, July 4. Work will resume on Tuesday, July 5. For questions or concerns, call the Project Hotline at 928-237-3114.
